Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the United States.  We will announce if this changes! 

 

Are your products 100% Vegan?

Yes they are! It's very important to us that no animal is harmed for any reason when it comes to our soaps!  This includes not using any by-products!

 

Are your products 100% Gluten and Nut Free?

No they are not. We use Colloidal Oatmeal in some of our products and also may use ground Walnut shells as a natural exfoliant.  We are unable to guarantee that they have not crossed paths with other nuts at the factory and we can't guarantee that our products have no traces of nuts.  We also use Coconut Oil in many of our products.

 

How are your Micas sourced? 

Our Micas are 100% ethically sourced and Vegan.  We exclusively use Mad Micas and Nurture Soap as our colorant suppliers.  Both of their websites contain information regarding their ethics if you would like to learn more!

 

Your products look like food!  Can I eat them?

No. Though we do appreciate the compliment that you think they look so nice,  PLEASE do not consume any of our products!  They are not food and we do not suggest ingesting them.  We don't want anyone getting sick!

 

How long can these soaps be used?

We recommend using our artisan soaps within 6 months of purchase for the best results.  Colors and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time and may not be as vibrant!  But don't worry!  Our soaps will still be safe to use and will still get you nice and clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone!

 

Do you accept Wholesale Orders or Custom Soap Requests?

Currently we do not accept wholesale orders but we are accepting custom requests for special event favors!  Email us at Ashindigosoaps@yahoo.com for details.  Eventually, we may offer some of our products at a wholesale price, but for now we would like to focus our time on creating unique and consistent products for all of our customers. We will make an announcement if we begin accepting wholesale orders!

 

Something is wrong with my order!  What do I do?!

Oh my! Please send us an email at Ashindigosoaps@yahoo.com with the order details and a photo and we will do our best to make things right ASAP!

 

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

Unfortunately, because our products are used on the body, we do not accept returns.  This is so that we can ensure the highest health standards are met for our company. If you're extremely unsatisfied with your product, please contact Ashindigosoaps@yahoo.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns and see what we can do to make things right!

 

My Package should be here by now! Where is it!?

How many days a package will take to arrive to you depends on where you live in relation to us.  Sometimes there are issues with the weather (or COVID) that delay USPS along certain routes.  Also, the "start date" of the shipping time will not begin until the package is sent out and we currently have up to 3 days processing time before your order is sent out (some will be shorter than this depending on the volume of orders). After your package is picked up from our location, it should arrive within the time frame of the shipping type that you chose.

If there is another reason for the delay, or if USPS has "lost" your package, you will need to contact them.  Once a package leaves our location, we transfer responsibility to the delivery service, and will only have access to the same tracking information you have been sent.  Be sure to double check the shipping address when making an order to be sure that this doesn't affect arrival!

 

How do I get a Testimonial published?

Send your testimonial to our Customer Service email (Ashindigosoaps@yahoo.com) with the heading "Testimonial" to have your comment considered for publication.  Sending this indicates permission for use with first name, and comment may be minimally edited for content and/or length.
